A US debut from this Taiwanese builder, the E56 is an attractive and compact yacht that boasts great use of interior space. The generous aft deck leads into a salon, dining area and open galley. A large windshield and side windows allow lots of natural light to pour inside and keep the boat open to the sea.

Fort Lauderdale 2012: Princess 72

Introduced by Viking at the same time as the Princess 64, the Princess 72 has a resin-infused deep-V hull, raised bulwarks and clean-flowing lines, plus four staterooms and a crew cabin.

The designer of the Azimut 72S succeeded in concealing the flybridge—an unusual feature on a sport yacht—into the streamlined profile. A roomy cockpit features a C-shaped sofa with table that can be converted into a large sun pad.
