Italy’s Benetti Shipyard in April handed over Iryna, its first B.Now 67M model with the Oasis Deck feature. The yard worked with the owner and his representative, Arcon Yachts, to tailor the platform-based yacht to the owner’s specifications. The steel vessel stands out for her multiple customizations, not least the color of her hull and superstructure, personalized with three different grays created especially for the unit. The yacht features extensive, mainly curved glazing that covers up to 70 percent of the overall vertical surface area and lets natural light flood into the indoor spaces. The spaces were created by Benetti’s Interior Design Department under the guidance of Benetti Style Manager Mariorosa Remedi.

Some of the settings were designed entirely in-house by the Shipyard’s Style Department, such as the four guest cabins on the lower deck that showcase Iryna’s unique character and detailing. Examples are the pleated leather produced exclusively for the boat, and the colors chosen for the fabrics, inspired by the four seasons. The ceilings are clad in a new-generation leather tanned using natural materials, and the marble-effect ceramic slabs reveal an environmentally conscious selection of materials.

The choice of wood also involved consideration of environmental certifications issued by authoritative international bodies including the FSC (Forest Stewardship Council) and the PEFC (Programme for the Endorsement of Forest Certification), ensuring responsibly managed forests with a focus on biodiversity and the wellbeing of local communities.

The yacht’s layout differs from the original design, particularly in terms of the numerous wellness areas, including a sauna in the beach club and a gym on the main deck, as requested by the owner.

The exterior styling is by RWD, the U.K. firm Benetti has worked with successfully on the entire B.Now line. Iryna features the builder’s Oasis Deck concept that focuses on creating an exclusive lifestyle through the design of the stern area as a place for socializing in close contact with nature.

Iryna has six decks. From the top observation deck down to the under lower deck, the vessel is extremely spacious both outdoors, with around 500 square meters of usable space, and indoors, with a 65-square-meter main salon and a full-beam owner’s suite on the upper deck. The configuration was made possible by moving the wheelhouse and captain’s cabin up to the next deck. With two VIP cabins on the main deck and four cabins on the lower deck, Iryna accommodates up to 15 guests.

The design accessories on board Iryna are by Visionnaire, a brand favored by the owner for its excellent craftsmanship and the quality of the materials it uses, which dovetails with Benetti’s mission to offer a unique aesthetic and sensory experience.
