Rib Retubing – At DinghyPro, we specialize in rib retubing. DinghyPro offers factory replacement tubes, also sometimes referred to as Collars or Sponsons, for many brands of rigid hull inflatables including AB, Avon, Bombard,Birg, Caribe, Novurania, Zodiac, Zodiac Hurricane and more. A new tubeset cost can vary greatly by brand, style and age of the rib. Many Zodiac Rib models are assembled using a slide on tube system which can result in a lower labor cost portion of retubing than many other brands. Most ribs are built using a glue on system where the tubes are adhered to the hull using a layered attachment system to bond the tubes to the hull.

Most jobs are done at our shop located in Essex CT. We, routinely install new tubes on ribs for the military, first responders, marine towing agencies, and many recreational users too.
