Piredda & Partners, a new and youthful Italian yacht design firm, believes its 361-foot (110-meter) concept M/Y NOW marks the beginning of the next generation superyacht.

Nicolò Piredda, Creative Director at Piredda & Partners, says: “The upcoming years hold a new way to go through the design process where designers will reconsider volumes, heights, proportions, as well as a new way of living aboard and new flows, while keeping functionality as first priority. The design result is on a whole new level.”

M/Y NOW, 361ft /110m has a 51ft/ 15.6m beam (59ft /18m including aft and forward wings). The layout has split areas with specific designations such as the private owner’s deck and the crew quarter on bridge deck.

The sporty exterior has a low silhouette that hides a great amount of interior space thanks to the superstructure that connects three decks with continuous arcs resulting in two monolithic volumes floating on the full-glass housing. The hull features soft and clean forms that highlight the advanced surface which curvature shows amazing reflections.

The interior merges refined materials from all around the globe in a tribute to nature.

“The feeling when walking through these spaces is elegant but informal with a variation of open spaces, intimate corners, and private exclusive areas.“ says, Federico Lo Giudice, Piredda & Partners’ Head of Interior Design.

A grand salon offers impressive double height space with floor-to-ceiling windows. Among other remarkable features, there is the 807sqft/ 75sqm theater amidship; a full-beam arcade with terraces, a the spacious heli-lobby, a basketball court on the forward deck, and a party deck on the top of the vessel.

With 4135GT, M/Y NOW accommodates 18 guests with the owner suite occupying an entire private deck, 4 VIP suites on main deck, and 4 guest cabins on lower deck. The crew area accommodates 41 members including 4 staff.

“M/Y NOW is a masterpiece that does not want to define a trend or a series, rather she wants to set a new beginning and be unique in every detail,” says Eleonora Moro, marketing manager of Piredda & Partners. “NOW stands as a flagship for our new Design Studio, but there is so much more behind the scenes and so many fresh proposals ready to become reality.“
