The National Coast Guard Museum Association has launched a website to assist in the fundraising and development of the new National Coast Guard Museum planned for downtown New London, Connecticut. Currently, the website hosts information on the history and traditions of the Coast Guard and allows visitors to make donations to the museum. Organizers hope to break ground for construction in May of 2014.
