The first unit of Mangusta GranSport 33 is under contract to an American owner and sees launch in the next weeks.
The Mangusta GranSport 33 comes from the same designer as the other models of the Mangusta GranSportline, Alberto Mancini. This line combines style and technical solutions, sporty features and comfort, outstanding performance and maximum efficiency. Above all, thanks to the use of cutting-edge technology, these yachts deliver long range at cruising speed, as well as very high-speed performance, always ensuring maximum onboard comfort. This is a key feature making this line truly versatile.

This 108-footer (33-meter) may be the smallest model in the fast-displacement family, but no less capable of swift speeds and good fuel economy. She features elegant, sleek lines and a perfect balance between exteriors and interiors, expressing Mangusta yachts’ distinctive Mediterranean lifestyle to the fullest.
A wide, fully equipped cockpit welcomes guests as they step onboard. On the flybridge, sun lounges line the aft section, in proximity to a bar. Beneath the fixed hardtop, the Mangusta GranSport 33 provides plenty of seating. Even more sunning space sits on the foredeck, complemented by a hot tub and al fresco dining area. Inside, the main deck includes a spacious salon where natural light shines through several ceiling-high windows, two of which can open to let in the seabreeze. The master stateroom’s position, fully forward, is a key choice too. It allows the owner to enjoy spacious volumes, unmatched privacy, good views and plenty of light. The lower deck houses 4 cabins available in different solutions.

The systems and engineering are top notch, meeting IMO Tier III and EPA Tier 3 emission standards. The Mangusta GranSport 33 features quadruple Volvo Penta D13 1000 18 engines. They develop 1,000 horsepower (735kW) at 2400 rpm, coupled with four Volvo Penta IPS pod drives. This ensures excellent power with a top speed of 26 knots, while also generating incredibly low vibrations and noiselessness, therefore unmatched guest comfort. The pod drives offer great maneuverability via joystick control during mooring operations as well. In addition, the system offers a version of dynamic positioning, which allows the yacht to remain stationary, without an anchor. Finally, the compact engine configuration reduces the space required for the engine room, thereby increasing the living area.
The low draft of 6’2” (1.9 meters) affords the Mangusta GranSport 33 close beach access and the ability to navigate shallow waterways. She has excellent stability whether cruising or at anchor due to four fin stabilizers. That’s why this yacht is ideal, for instance, to enjoy the Bahamas during the winter season or the Hamptons in the summer.
Hull number two, Project Taormina, is currently under construction, too.
