Rossinavi launched motoryacht EIV for an American client during a private ceremony at their Viareggio shipyard. Previously known as Project Vector 50, the 160-foot ( 49 meter) trideck luxury performance vessel is a fusion of Rossinavi’s expertise, Italian interior and exterior design by Venice-based studio Team for Design – Enrico Gobbi plus technological and mechanical components from the United States. The vessel will be based in US and Caribbean waters.

“This boat is a step change for Rossinavi. With the increasing and significant interest the shipyard is receiving from the American market, we are constantly working to find ways to collaborate with American suppliers in the production of entirely tailor-made vessels […] Following on from the success of the first member of the Vector family (a 63m launched in 2018) that was also delivered to an American owner, EIV boasts the same sportive appeal and features of her ‘older sister’ such as the shallow draft which is perfect for the Bahamas. Key elements are the swimming pool on the sundeck, the lift and five cabins including the owner’s master suite at bow.” says Federico Rossi, Chief Operating Officer of Rossinavi.
With her sporty design and the ergonomic space of a full-displacement yacht, EIV has a shallow draft of just over 6 feet that allows her to cruise easily in the Bahamas, the Caribbean and South Florida waters.
Inspired by elements of the automotive industry such as the air vent grills of a sport coupé, EIV boasts a well-proportioned and slender silhouette enhanced by continuous glass surfaces. Despite its sleek profile, EIV embodies a spacious interior layout that can accommodate up to 8 guests in four double cabins, situated on the lower deck and a full beam master suite located at the front of the main deck that includes an intimate private terrace on the starboard side.

EIV’s design ensures an ongoing dialogue between exterior and interior thanks to its floor-to-ceiling glass windows along the main deck. Portions of the glass slide open for natural light and for better enjoying the surroundings.
The interior design is a thoughtful mix of contemporary and modern: natural wood and bright fabrics combined with onyx, leather, and details in bronzed brass metal. Custom carpentry details by Enrico Gobbi are combined with contemporary European furniture, decorative lighting art pieces and exclusive Italian-made fabrics. The impression is of a relaxed, welcoming, elegant interior with plenty of light. Most of the furniture has been personally designed by Enrico Gobbi and upholstered with high end fabrics of leading international brands such as Hermès, Rubelli and Armani Casa.
