Dock in La Napoule

Moran Yacht & Ship recently advertised a listing at Port de Mandelieu in La Napoule, France for a 144-foot (44-meter) berth. This berth is 26 feet 7 inches (8.1 meters) wide and has a depth of 19 feet 7 inches (6 meters). Listed for approximately $3,700,000 (€2,800,000), the available lease would expire December 31, 2024.

Three recent sales at Sunreef

Summer has been busy at the Sunreef yard as they wrapped up contracts for three new builds in recent weeks. A Sunreef 80 Carbon Line, Sunreef 82 Double Deck and a 90 Sunreef Power will launch between December 2013 and early 2015. First to appear will be the 82 Double Deck. Sold to a Middle Eastern owner, this will only be the second hull in this series and the first to feature a folding mast that shortens to 32 feet 9 inches (10 meters). Due to launch in May of 2014, the 80 Carbon Line is a light displacement sailing catamaran that weighs in at approximately 45 tons. Constructed of composite sandwich combining vinylester, PVC foam and carbon/glass fiber, the yacht will also have a carbon mast and boom. The second launch of this line, this yacht was purchased by an American client and will feature a maindeck master and top-of-the-line navcom systems.

Last to launch will be the 90 Sunreef Power, due in early 2015. The expansive main deck master will include study area, walk-in wardrobe, private en suite bathroom and more. Above, the flybridge, which includes both interior and exterior spaces, will house the helm station and two lounge areas (inside and outside). A terrace forward on the main deck will comprise sun pads and a jet ski with its crane. Another notable feature is the aft beachclub, a space created by a fold-down platform that gives guests access to the tender and water toys while also providing a spacious lounging area near the water. Sunreef expects that this yard will operate in Thailand after her launch.
