Southern Wind Shipyard has launched Crossbow, fifth hull in the SW103 mini-series and third “raised salon” hull.

Designed and constructed by Farr Yacht Design and Nauta Design, Crossbow is a luxurious and comfortable high performance yacht. Her sistership Seawave won first place a the Rolex Capri International Regatta and also took third place at the Loro Piana Superyacht Regatta in Porto Cervo, setting the bar high for the capability of this newly launched vessel. She is 102 feet (31 meters) and is built to RINA highest standards, certifying as a RINA Charter Class.

Crossbow‘s main salon and studio are a single open space with a low profile separation from an owner’s private area, featuring light oak off set by walnut flooring and stainless steel details while upholstery is an off white, coral red color scheme and has a light and bright look. The interior design follows the “owner’s cabin fore” layout as has become distinctive of Southern Wind Shipyard. Crew quarters situated aft include a crew mess, and a working galley that is separated by a door from the main space.

The vessel features a combination of a Flush Deck and Salon Deck that blends a subtle deckhouse and keeps the Crossbow‘s higher ceilings and 270-degree panoramic windows unobstructed. With her spacious flush deck, a tender garage for a 4.2-meter dinghy and a mainsail captive winch, Crossbow was built to be an ideal cruising yacht.
