The lunch customers at Pier Sixty-Six’s Pelican Landing in Fort Lauderdale got a special treat watching Steven Spielberg’s 282-foot Oceanco Seven Seas depart the dock and pass through the 17th Street bridge. The departure was broadcast live on the Fort Lauderdale Webcam located on the rooftop of the iconic Hyatt Regency Pier Sixty-Six.
Seven Seas was custom built in 2010 by Oceanco in Alblasserdam (Netherlands). Nuvolari & Lenard is responsible for her beautiful exterior and interior design. She has a steel hull with aluminum superstructure, 46-foot beam, 13-foot draft. This custom displacement yacht also features ‘at-anchor zero-speed stabilizers, increasing comfort at anchor and on rough waters.
Seven Seas is capable of 20 knots with a cruising speed of 15 knots and a range of 5,000 nautical miles.
