You can become a shareholder of a superyacht by merely paying a reasonable amount at the time of purchase, plus the yearly running costs. As shareholder, you will be able to enjoy the vessel up to a total of 31 days in a year— both in the Mediterranean during summer and in the Caribbean during winter.

Her layout and interior design offer luxury and superlative comfort. Great care has also been devoted to the environmental impact during the construction of this fuel-efficient innovative yacht.
Dream FL42 is designed to offer a large amount of livable space. The yacht is designed with a large Owner’s stateroom on the main deck featuring 2 folding down balconies. The 4 VIP suites plus 2 twin cabins are on the lower deck. The space aboard has been organized so as to offer each guest privacy as well as the opportunity to gather in social areas, such as the panoramic sky lounge on the upper deck and the generous dining area on the main deck.
Financial Plan:
We are introducing two different ways of being part of this fantastic project.
The first: through the acquisition of yacht shares (Fractional Ownership)
The second: through a long- term usage contract for set periods of time (Time-Sharing). Both options will give access to the same calendar and usage rules, but they will differ in the tax declaration and responsibility of the yacht property. The clients or owners of this yacht, will be able to permanently use the crewed vessel cruising around the Mediterranean and the Caribbean for set periods. A fixed annual fee will cover all operating and maintenance costs for the entire duration of the itinerary. Unused periods set out for each share can be chartered out to third parties. The Net Revenue will be refunded to the relevant shareholder.
Stress free ownership:
Nothing compares to the sense of freedom, exclusivity and privacy of owning a luxury yacht, yet the ownership is increasingly getting plagued by new rules and regulations, increasing maintenance and berthing fees with crew demands becoming even more challenging.
The Floating Life team will take care of every aspect concerning the yacht, such as administrative and fiscal matters, technical support, crew management and logistics. The Concierge department will focus on managing the customers who will use the yacht by providing them with the highest level of service. The Floating Life technical office is always committed to providing a dedicated assistance such as: finding spare parts and technical purchases, keeping the documents required by the Classification Society and the Flag State Authority updated and, lastly, a supervision maintenance of the yacht in general.
The Concierge Department will also enhance the travel experience and take care of every request ranging from restaurant bookings, massage services, exclusive clubs and private transfers. We tailor each itinerary in the Mediterranean and Caribbean Seas according to the Shareholders’ wishes. We then provide a list of services in each destination, to be customized according to their requests, including VIP Meet & Greet at the airport, transfers by luxury cars, tours and local experiences.
Having run the first Fractional Ownership fleet of superyachts for the last 13 years, this new project is the result of suggestions and expertise acquired during our previous management. For this new project we aspire to solve issues from the past and restore the original joy of yachting, both for adults and kids, by offering a new philosophy and a financial approach.
