Turquoise Yachts reveals 277ft/84m Project Atlas designed by Harrison Eidsgaard. The project is centered around the ideas of privacy and residency with the design providing panoramic views and “separate-yet-together” deck spaces that different groups and generations can enjoy together.

Project Atlas was designed by Harrison Eidsgaard to a brief from Turquoise Yachts which asked for multiple unique lifestyle features and a progressive but timeless exterior, all based on the yard’s 80m+ platform with a central elevator shaft and a lower deck tender garage forward.
The result is an elegant highly functional yacht with two unique outside areas: the beach club / transom pool area which connects seamlessly with the raised rotunda seating above it and the adjacent large main deck lounge. The expansive sun deck is split into a Jacuzzi zone forward and a bar/dining area aft, accessed via two exterior staircases as well as the interior atrium staircase with the separate interior elevator.

The exterior lines are the result of distinct chamfers that run alongside the bulwarks, starting from ‘snake fang’ forward corner mullions, the yacht’s curving lines makes it appear to be leaping forward. The exterior profile allows the use of expansive full-height windows throughout, which connect the inside with the exterior and flood the open-space interior with natural light.

Folding platforms open each side of the beach club to the sea, and looking aft through the large window, the pool is flanked by teak decks with steps down to a large aft swim/tender platform. A pair of daybeds and a large glass shower is placed forward of the comfortable central seating area, and when required, a projector screen at the aft end of the room transforms the beach club into a cinema.

With two variations available of the layout, one with a penthouse owner’s suite and one with the owner’s suite towards the foredeck, the boat is incredibly well positioned to suit any preference.
