After years of development and months of construction, Van der Valk launched their very first BeachClub motoryacht in the Netherlands. The 62-foot (19-meter) BeachClub 600 will now embark on sea trials before being presented to the public at the major boat shows in the months ahead.

The BeachClub 600 has been developed in partnership with. Unusually, the engine room has been placed within the swimming platform area, allowing for an unprecedented amount of room on the lower deck, with three outdoor zones: the 151sqft (14m²) beach deck with sun lounge, a 183sqft (17m²) cockpit deck with outside steering and the enormous 270sqft (25m²) foredeck. Ample space is retained for indoor luxury: an upper salon with helm and panoramic views, a lower deck lounge with galley & dinette (linked to the beach club via stunning glass doors), and three suites, including a master with phenomenal all-round views.

Glass inserts in the hull add further class to the yacht’s elegant exterior. The BeachClub 600 features twin Volvo Penta IPS-950 engines, giving a top speed of 25 knots.

More information and full specifications will be released in due course after the official introduction. This first BeachClub 600 will serve as a show model and is also available for sale. Two other BeachClub yachts are under construction in a larger 660 model. The first will be delivered to her owners this summer and the second will be available in the spring of next year.
