This newest addition to the Azimut’s S Collection represents a stunning shift in styling by Stefano Righini. Full of innovative features, the new 55S makes good use of the space-saving possibilities afforded by a triple Volvo IPS package, including a garage for a 9-foot 4-inch (2.85-meter) tender and an expandable beach club. On the main deck, light is everywhere with a large sunroof and big windows that offer almost 360-degree views. You can feel the wind in your hair from either the sunpad on the bow, or the forward-facing bench just fore of the enclosed salon. Aft, the cockpit can transform from a comfortable dinette to a large sunpad thanks to an electronically operated high-low table. On the lowerdeck, three cabins sleep six guests and the crew cabin sits in the bow to make room for the tender garage accessed through the transom. An innovative design extends the aft platform by more than three feet when the garage is open and the tender launched. The design team employed carbon fiber for many of the structural parts, which decreases the overall weight and lets those three Volvo engines propel the sporty yacht to more than 36 knots.

Also on display this year are three other Miami debuts: the outboard Atlantis Verve, the Magellano 43 and the Azimut 54.
