Austin Parker’s recognizable style is obvious in the AP42 Open, a compact hull that can easily serve as a tender to a large yacht or a cabin cruiser in its own right. The main deck has a spacious open-air aft deck leading into the salon/dining area with full galley and helm station. Stairs take guests under the forward sun pad where they’ll find a salon, dayhead and forward master cabin. On request, an additional twin cabin can replace the salon. While the interior layout remains the same, owners can choose the Open or Sport models. The Open—which will be on display in Miami—provides glass enclosure on three sides while the Sport comes with a removable bimini. Guests can access the tender garage through a hydraulic transom door.
